Dodge Ram Sport 5.9L Help!!!

I'm having two issue's. First off is after starting my truck about 10 -15 minutes I start hearing a faint grinding noise. I also noticed that I can smell coolant but it has no leaks anywhere. I noticed turning the heat on the sound starts getting a little more aggressive. We have just replaced the tensioner, idler pulley and power steering pump. The only two things I cold thing of would be fan clutch or water pump but I'm leaning more towards the water pump. The second problem I'm having is the belt is riding the front of the crank pulley rather then being in the middle of the pulley. We just replaced the belt and have tried adjusting it multiple times. I will include pictures of what I'm talking about as far as the belt. Any info is greatly appreciated. The truck was bought from a dealership with no warranty. It currently has 89k and has been kept up to date mechanically.

I'd think you have an alignment problem with the tensioner maybe a bad new part.

Found the issue. The water pump bearing was going out. It also caused my belt to become out of alignment. Thanks
