Question Electric Choke hook up?

Where do i connect my electric choke positive side? I tried the coil + side but it stole too much power from my MSD box and took all my spark from my plugs away. Idk of any other spots i could hook it my MSD is connected to my 12v ignition source but if i connect it there wouldn't it rob too much power and not turn the box on?

nothing should be hooked to the coil, the choke uses very little power and can be hooked to any other switched 12v source

would connecting it to my ignition 12v source thats connected to my MSD Box steal too much power from the box its self? or would it be safe to just connect my 12v ignition the little red wire from my box and the choke all together?

Any 12 VDC switched source will work fine. The +12VDC side of the ignition resistor is an option.
