After all the freezing rain on Monday and the highs around freezing life is still slippery in northern Iowa.

I did get to town yesterday and picked up the boy two new sleds for ninety percent off, what a deal spring must be on its way!

I'm looking forward to getting outside and working on my automotive projects.

It would be nice to have heat in it, I could keep my RZR in the shop and the Hot Rod along with some other toys, It would be heated only in the winter, My wife said we could also build a GYM in it...

Having coffee, watching Snowtrax TV show, it's been so warm lately and +8C' this weekend looks like no snowmobiling for us this year.

Taking out Demon 4 speed, clutch, flywheel and bell to put in my car later. Will be trailering Demon to Ford son's garage and bringing his '88 351w Mustang back to our shop to put it enough together so we can run it at the track.
As much as he says he wants to work on it he's got the baby coming, taken down main wall in basement to put up a beam and has not got to it. Maybe with a heated space and all the tools available we'll light the fire in him again.

I did tell him no F...ing Ford crap like pictures or logos or his banner in my shop.

Well I not sure if needed to do the work I did today or not but I found a gallon of paint for the kitchen and decided to paint the dining room the same color. I didn't have a woman after me to it so something has got to be wrong with me. I like how looks, I think the marble bag needs some attention.

Demon is getting a 727, Shawn lost his interest in the clutch and shifting.

Mustang needs very little work but he came over this morning and said no because if he has any time he wants to work on my '70 Coronet, "I'd like to see it finished, your not getting any younger Dad" he says.

First Grandchild for me.

Today we got my car up on the 2ft high rolling stand so I can finish the few bits of welding and Shawn can clean and paint the underside before he runs brake/fuel lines and such.

Then I have to finish the tubs and install the quarter panels, not looking forward to being a body man.
