On the news tonight they were making stuffed meatballs rapped in Bakken on long with corn rapped in Bakken. It is time for grilling!!!! I used to do it all winter but I haven't been the last few years. 🙂

I fired up the grill yesterday...I am on my second tank now for the year. We had some honey bourbon pork chops and a sweet smoked rub on some pork country ribs...was a great lunch but broke my diet. After an aggressive 11 lb loss in 2 weeks I was due up to enjoy myself for a day. Looking to lose 8 more lbs and training hard to get in my first multi pitch climb this summer.

I've been hitting the gym real hard lately.
My girlfriend and I have a vacation to Florida planned later in summer and I'd really like to be more comfortable taking pictures in swimming trunks than I was last year.
I picked up a heart rate monitor that pairs with an app on my phone to track my exercise and diet. It's helpful to see the breakdown of all those diet facts.
If any of you are interested in trying the same:
Heart Rate Monitor =
Polar OH1
Fitness apps =
MyFitnessPal (for diet)
MapMyFitness (for exercise)
The two apps work together to give a full picture of how the work I do and the food I eat impact my health.
By my estimate, I should hit (or be close to hitting) my goals in about 8 weeks.

Good to hear your looking out for yourself.... Hope your able to do it for the long haul !!!!!
Me"" Currently I'm over 300lbs, I am coming down but it is a struggle, (Bad back, knees, ankles,) have kept me from getting the full exercise I truly need. But like I said, what I am doing is moving the weight down, so I headed in the rite direction !!!! (Onward and downward)

I've got the boy and his buddy on the skate park tonight, the boy he wanted to bring has got to be the biggest little smartxxx around. Some of these kids don't care if this old man's here and might just do some thumping. Not that they wouldn't have it coming, I think I would be slow to react.

lol…. Moe told me over on Facebook that he had been looking in on me/us...lol Soooo. I thought I would throw it out and see what he say's.. I'm sure he will get a laugh about it.... He's a good old Dude.. We was friends over on another site that got shut down a loooong time ago...

Yep Magnum Block w/ LA heads... Has Bad Quench with the stock heads, But as long as you dont ask for to much out of the motor and timing, you wont detonation it to death...lol
.But it runs good Now... Back up to around 13-14MPG... I would love to get away from the CAli Smog laws to really get some good non smog parts in this truck and really make it haul the mail!!!!

I think my 77 was able to pull about 15 with the a two barrel carb I put a 600 Holley on it when I overhauled it with and ev cam , it ran much better and still got 15 or so.

It appears that this Thread has been giving us some problems loading all the pages and info here. However, I'll starts another Thread of the like kind soon. We think it is a storage issue fighting with it's self...…. So I have asked the MOD's to lock out this Thread and will get something of a like kind started Soon...
