How would you build your dream Mopar?

Lets say that you buy the Mopar of your dreams but it is in 100% stock condition you are not content with it. What is the list of upgrades that you would/do do to it to get it how you want?

Make a list (doesn't have to be detailed to specs) of upgrades that you would do in order of how you would "upgrade" your dream Mopar. Don't forget to tell us what your dream Mopar is.

There is always something that you would want to change. It doesn't even have to be the exact mopar of your dreams, maybe just the year and body.

It's hard to choose one car but it would end up something along the lines of these, most likely some dark color -charcoal, graphite, or black. I could start with a donor car but I don't have one at the moment and since I just bought a car (the 100% orig of my dreams that you mentioned) I guess I would have to use it.

first off, I would need lots of money
after that, I would buy a 67 Dart
pull the entire drivetrain
strip the entire car
re-paint it lime green
moon hub-caps on green mopar steel rims (15'')
put all the crome back on
lightened bucket seats
stick- preferably a 6-speed
dana 60 rear w/ 3.54
find a put on a correct hemi dart k-frame
drop in a hemi (either 426 or 572)
fiberglass hood with steel underside (paint it body color)
fiberglass fenders
carbon fiber 4-wheel disc brakes
no engine markers

did I miss anything?

71 Cuda convertible
426 Hemi, built up
Manual transmission. Hurst pistol grip shifter.
White Interior
Yellow Exterior
Shaker Hood
The hills of San Fransisco

I know its the Nash Bridges Cuda, but that's where I chose the path of Mopar.

68 Convertible Dart with a 572 HEMI and a 5 or 6 speed... Of course a Dana 60 and some good high way gears. AC, Power steering, comfortable buckets, and a hemi hood scoop.

Alter K w/ front and rear suspension from RMS. Perfffffect

It would be some sort of BLUE, with a WHITE stripe and a white top, with black leather interior

I'd build my 71 satellite just like that 72 gtx-r from Pure Vision Design, without the white rims.

512 stroker, fuel-injection, Leather seats with side bolsters, brake and suspension upgrades, larger rims [gasp!], white-face gauges, rack-and-pinion steering. I'm not afraid of electronics and electrical, so I can go nuts on that. I want to build my own F.I. system using the Mega-Squirt processor, and off-the-shelf parts.

Street/strip vehicle - I would start with an 82 D100 reg cab, short bed truck and upgrade the front end with poly bushings, larger disc brakes, and some tuneable coilovers. The rear would be tuneable coilovers with a 4 link system and panhard bar along with a very stout D60 full floating rear axle with a 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern hubs, 35 spline full spool, 300M double splined shafts and dual piston disc brakes. BB 727 with full reverse manual valvebody. Motor would be a 440 stroked, dual quads, MSD ignition, 2" long tube headers into 3.5" collectors. Wheels i'm not to sure of but would have to be at least 16" to clear the brakes with some Micky tires wrapped around them. Of course the bed would then get tubbed. I would leave the exterior and interior stock and kind of "worn".

Off road - I would start with a 95 YJ and rip everything out/off minus the body. The motor would be bolt up to a SM420 tranny and Stak 3sp t-case. The front end would be be pushed 5" forward and a double triangulated 4 link with 16" coil overs, full width D60 with 5.13 gears, Detroit locker, CV shafts, full hydro steering, and 3/8" thick diff cover. The rear would be pushed back 5" with a D60 out of a F%rd E350 van (D60 center section with tubes out all being D70 size), 5.13 gears, full spool, DT 4 link with 16" COs, 300M shafts, 3/8" diff cover and a very sext truss. The back end of the body would be dovetailed and comp cut for the 40" sticky Maxxis tires on 17" Trail Ready beadlocks. Of course fully caged and 5 point harness with the radiator moved out back.

My dream Mopar would be to take a 1968 FB Barracuda and put it on a late model LX chassis... With a 6.1 Gen III Hemi with all the options. Stearing, brakes, air ride, cd to the max and run Keystone Classics all around for that "Old School" look.... Talk about a sleeper!!!!! Then just cruise.......
