I have no good advise for you dude besides what was said already.
I think also that knowing the law for your particular issues is the key to success because this gives you ideas what need to be done to make the issue go away and still keep the car. Being nice to the guy sitting on the longer lever always sucks the hell out me but it is necessary to have at least a chance of success. Good luck!

Yeah, it's over now. And this is why I call her my "Parental" she is no mother to me.

She decided to leave without me and go to court herself. Because I have 5 minutes late getting to her house.

I have NO way to get there, I don't know the room number, which court house ect. She went and left me.

But she got out and called, it HAS to go.
I got a storage container for it, $75 until Oct 1st with $10,000 insurance on it. After the 1st it'll be $155/month, air conditioning, heating, smoke-free, water-free, 24/7 security, my own access codes, keys

 

You just cant make this stuff up. OMG.

Think we're all picking up on the subtexts here. Welcome to the real world. Thankfully you do still have options, even if they're ones you might not like.

Talk to the mechanic you want to work for and see if he can take you on sooner rather than later (as a helper or just pumping gas, if they still do that in RI). That will get you working and might even give to a legit place to store/work on your cars. I did that when I was your age and learned a lot.

BTW - I know a few "kids" your age who can't deal with their "parentals". Guess what? Learn how to deal with it. Believe it or not, it does make life easier.

i did this whith my Polara cuase my neighbor was doing the same thing, have the car taken some where anywhere but your neighborhood, have it stay there as long as it can or until all this blows over. bring it back cover it up nice and tight. DONT call county or anything like that to see if it's ok, thats how you royally rape urself. make sure no one can see that it isnt taged or ensured. and then they cant bug you about it, and the problem with it not being an eyesore is, it's not one to you but to other people who dont understand the value of the car wont see it that way. and i'm almost 100% sure the judge isnt going to care what ur story is, sadly thats how it works. the law is the law. gotta find loop holes in it =p
