I found this old wreck in a Creek in the bottom of a ravine. I'm trying to figure out what it might be. It appears to be a late 30s or 40s two-door coupe and I'm guessing by the door handle it's a Mopar. A posting pictures of the door handle and some not very good pictures of the rear fender and the front headlight area. I'm trying to narrow down the make model and year. Any clues to help solve this mystery would be greatly appreciated.

 

Later 40's Windsor maybe !!!

 

I believe it turns out to be a 1940 Dodge.
