Oil pan leaks

Hey guys I have a 68 383 Magnum in my 36 Plymouth. The gentleman who built the car had to make an oil pan for it because of the suspension. Anyway he took 2 pans and made one and dis a bad job on the interior. Can I re braise over the old welds since I don’t have a welder. Any suggestions

If it were me, I'd take the pan off and have some one who knows how to weld re-do it.

If it's structurally sound just leaking I've cleaned the welds and sealed with JB Weld. Not pretty but it worked.
