Hello
This is all I could find. I'm not sure if it will help or not.

You will probably have to make detailed notes of the vans wiring harness and shorten or lengthen it as needed for fitment in the Plymouth. It probably would be best to buy a factory/dealer (not a Chilton or Haynes) service manual off online. (found one here on ebay)
I think I would address any of the vans running problems and trouble codes before pulling the van a part, that way you know any initial problems you have after the swap are new and not a per-existing problem.
Then, there is the question of the transmission. Are you using the one in the van? Is it manual? If no, you may need to switch to a ECU for a manual transmission application or the computer will throw a trouble code.
Instrument cluster, exhaust sensors, fuel tank, the list goes on.
Just some stuff I would think about.
Good Luck on your project.
