Question on car titles

I don't know what state you reside in, but generally there needs to be some proof of ownership, but I would say give it a shot. Next question, why do you want the to title them?

It is obvious to me that you do NOT have legal, ethical, or moral claim to these cars, and since you don't seem to be a bill collector, you don't have legitimate financial claim on them, either.

Just because someone leaves something lying around, does not mean that some kid can come along and claim it.

I would have to say the same thing, if you are going to profit on something you found (doesn't belong to you) you should ask the owner, even if no one has seen him in 10 years.
