Skip them and get the tips like blue 68 showed you. Side pipes had their time and looked cool on a van, in the '70s but, on your Mopar? NO!

skip them, but i would consider doing a side EXIT exhaust out the side of the car infront of the rear wheel...never seen it on a dart before but on most others it looks neat.
i've seen squared of tips like that on a ram 1500 around my area, they look good too.

I wouldn't want them. They simply don't look good on your car in my opinion.

Wish I had some pictures of my old '70 RR I like the look and the sound.

The problem with side exit on something like a Dart (considering it on my 67) is CLEARANCE. You either need to find a compact thin muffler up front to have enough room to come out at an angle before the rear tire, or

something I was considering was getting some mufflers with the inlet/ outlet on the SAME END. This would allow a good big muffler to sit up in the rear recesses where they belong, then sweep out and to to side. Someone, forget who, make a muff with an end and a side outlet "perfect."
