Does anyone know what this thing is?
I found this and all I know is it says "mopar" on it.

It doesn't make noise if you blow in it. Though the middle does spin.

Grind off the MOPAR and write Chevy on it and give it someone with a chevy....It must be broken.... LOL

All fun set aside... I have no Idea, Never seen one of those... But it looks kind of cool.... Hang it from the rear view mirror....
