Second, I don't see you paying for this site, am I right? That means that the site owner can invite whatever/ whomever they darn well please to post ads here and help pay for the site.

The ads run on this forum are not selected by anyone here.
I've talked to the host company on multiple occasions. They work on trying to make sure that certain brands don’t make it on certain sites but that usually only lasts for a couple of weeks. New commercial deals/contracts are made and the ads are posted up.
I’m thankful to have companies willing to spend the money on the ads so that we don’t have to pay to run the server ourselves.

OK first of all it may not have anything to do with this site, but rather YOU. That's right YOU. For example, I was on youtube tonight searching some videos, and I'd recently been to the "Digikey" site, an outfit that sells electronic components. Digikey adds were all over youtube for while.

I just bought a part from them for a 5.0L build. I try and always use the vendors on the forum so we keep the forum going.. And to those that dabble in the blue oval or the bowtie, their prices were VERY good

Negative. Ford is the last of the three to build a "real" work truck. Dodge doesn't build a van anymore (which is a shame). And Chevy and Dodge pickups are too soft, all plastic and plush, gimmics and electronic doodads I'm bound to break. 3/4 and 1 ton Fords are wicked tough. If I were buying a truck to commute to and from the office I'd buy a Dodge or Chevy, but not to work out of.

i worked out of two doge vans for over 20 yrs never had a problem with them
over worked related i drove a sprinter van for a yr nice but Mercedes
it is a shame companies are doing what they do, to much competition and cheap building materials, so much plastic fenders, hoods, doors, cargo bed's.
all cheap plastic and did we really get anything?

Does it look something like this?
If so, this is a form of advertisement that the host company allows. I've talked to the Community Manager about this and there is nothing that they can do about it. Just don't click on it.

I find it cool That Furd is willing to spend $$ advertizing here so we can discuss Mopars while having no interest in ever buying a furd .
BTW have you seen the new Cummins Ram , almost 900 ft lbs from the factory & over 20 tons towing rating !!
