Smile WANTED--400 OR 440 CAST CRANK TORQUE CONVERTER-MINNESOTA

I NEED A 400 OR 440 CAST CRANK TORQUE CONVERTER....360 IS NOT THE SAME.....I USED TO TOSS THESE THINGS BY THE BUCKETS YEARS AGO....NOW I NEED ONE! USUALLY THESE ARE LAYING AROUND AS DOOR WEIGHTS, ETC...

Not sure if you are looking more local, but I got two lying around, just need to determine which was for the forged 440 crank and the one for the cast 400 crank. Or wait they both may have been for cast cranks, as I swapped my crank in the 440. If I knew how to tell the difference I could help you better.

The cast crank converter should have weights to externally balance the cast crank.

The forged crank converter will not.

I learned this the hard way but, a dremel and a grinding tool made quick garbage of these weights!

I have stuffed a lot of things in those flat rate boxes but a full size torque converter might be a little snug! I will find one locally--I kick myself because I used to toss these away..then of course when you need one...

Always, so glad sometimes when I find it still sitting in the scrap pile before getting junked.

Those flat rate envelopes are awesome, should see what I put in there, supposed to mail papers or files or something but as long as it closes they can't say no.
