2003 Dodge Durango

Just got back from the dealer. The GF loved our last Durango ( Puter '02 ) and with the trouble we are having with the Exploder, I had to get another Durango. The only real difference between this one and the one we had, is the color, and this one doesn't have heated seats The dealer asked to bring it back tomorrow to get it detailed. I'll shoot some pix when that is done =)

just needs a lift kit, some big a$$ tires, some better diffs, a SFA, some good shocks, a steering stabilizer, a push bar, some KCs, and a loud exhaust and you can come by me and we can rip up the trails!

'Preciate it! It goes in Saturday to have the front brakes replaced in the morning and the remote start alarm in the afternoon. Debating on weather or not to exchange the alarm I bought for the Viper Smart Start, so we can start it with our Blackberries

My next purchase ( hopefully soon ) is going to be a 4X4 Dakota. I think it will be a nice upgrade from my broken '72 D100

If you do get a Dakota, make sure that it has a V8. The 3.9L is just too underpowered for the Dakota trucks, minus the reg cab, short bed 2wd version.

That's the plan I was wondering how different the 360 short block is from the 5.9 magnum. I happen to have a 360 sitting in my garage, and have seen where people have put the magnum heads on the older blocks. Is that doable, or am I on crack?

Am thinking of, if I get one with the 318, do a short block swap. What is the difference between the 318, and the 4.7?
