I'm green to forums and greener to Mopar. I need advise on repowering this wagon. Has slant 6 and 410 rear. I looking for motor/trans combo. Modern brake system. And wish list air ride. I'm keeping the rest of wagon original with exception of installing teak and bamboo trim on interior. Any help would be appreciated

 

I'd go with a 318-360/automatic for decent power snd good availability to keep the cost down.

If money is of no concern... late model Hemi w/six-speed!

 

360LA/727 or 518A (OD) or a Magnum 360/46RH setup would be nice. Either way, some fab work will be in order.
