360 with a 1988 318 ram tranny?

360 with a 1988 318 ram tranny?
Hello i have a 1988 dodge ram and would like to take the tbi 318 out and put in a 360 will this bolt right up to the tranny and motor mounts or will it take a lot of mods. thank you for the help

All small block will interchange. Bolts right up.
