about 25" wide at the valve covers. About 30+ wide to the outside of the manifolds [exhaust]. About 30-32" tall {from the botom of the stock oil pan to the top of the stock air-cleaner} About 24" in length from the snout of the water pump to the mating surface of the trans bell-housing.
stock weight, a very hefty 670-700 lbs.!!

if price is not a matter, I would go with a richmond 5-speed. {actually not that badly priced} Look at the Summit web site.
