Engine swap 2004 to 2007 hemi 5.7
I have a 2004 Durango with a 5.7 hemi. My engine recently threw a rod so I purchased a 2007 5.7 out of a 2007 Durango Limited. The 2007 engine has MDS but the 2004 was not equipped or wired for MDS. The cam and lifters are MDS and have to be changed to non MDS lifters and cam, so I understand. I was wondering do I order the cam and lifters for the 2004 since you cant order non MDS components starting in 2006 all the hemis came out with MDS. What do I order?

Double check but it may be 2009 and up needs the delete?
