Gasket decision time

First before i post my question

i want to say thanks for all the advice that ive received
my truck runs good, doesn't get hot any more and is lots of fun to drive

ok now my question

i have a holley carb
a eddlebrock performax intake

and a 440 mopar engine

i want to replace the gaskets between those components

do i use a holly carb gasket or a eddlebrock performax gasket between my carb and my intake

do i use a eddlebrock performax gasket or a 440 engine gasket between the engine and intake?

gaskets

For the gasket under the carb I would use Holley part # 108-10
And for intake gaskets I would use a Mopar Gasket with valley pan made into it
Thanks
