Halo Light Conversion

Does anyone have any idea of how to create or find an affordable version of halo lights for a 1970 Coronet. I read an article in Popular Hot Rodding where a guy put BMW headlights in his Coronet. Doesnt say how he did it though. So i am looking to upgrade to a similar set up. Does anyone know where to point me for this. I would start by calling up Steve at Paintshop101. Since it is custom brackets, you probably won't be able to buy anything, minus the lights, some connectors and material to make up the brackets.
