Identify this transmission
Identify this transmission
Hi,
I'm working on a monster truck that has a chrysler driveline fitted. I'm trying to identify the Auto transmission because I want to get a aluminum pan for it and stop the leaks. It seems to have only R-N-3-2-1 and no Park. I've heard that early Chrysler had no park?? The previous owner said it had a reverse valve body, but didn't know any more about it.
Help much appreciated.

The previous owner claimed it was a 727, but then said he didn't really know. Then looking at the oil pan it could be a 904. the 4 bolts along the back edge are in line. But again, I'm not sure and looking for help.
Any thoughts on the no park gear? The lever only clicks 5 clicks with the cable disconnected.

It is a BB motor based on looking at the frist pic. Also, I said 727 because of a thread that blue 68 gt posted up a while back - https://moparforums.com/forums/f62/7...mparison-6092/
You can see in the first pic there are no "ribs" coming down on the back right side as there is with a 904 (see picture).
