Stroker 440 bearing clearence issues.

I have a 72 block that I setup with billet caps from the 440 source.I have a Crower crank and 7 inch chevy rods for it.I bought the kit from a buddy and here is my problem.I have checked all my clearances and I am about a thou to tight on the rods and and one and a half thou to tight on the mains.I have checked the crank and it is right on.Also checked the block it is good.So I am thinking it is the bearings.I have Michigan clevite 77 bearing but the have a coating on them looks like Teflon.I can not seem to find any stats on what the bearing thickness should be stock.I am thinking maybe they ordered a thou under bearings and I might half to polish the crank.Or reorder bearings. Can anyone tell me what a standard rod bearing thickness should be?

Thanks for the reply. What I really need is the actual thickness of the bearing. The motor is stroked to 513 so the chevy rods were for the clearance. This motor was assembled in a 68 Charger R/t that was bought by my buddy. He wanted to put the original block back to stock so we traded.I built him a motor with his original block and he gave me the rotating assembly and valve train.I noticed things were tight on assembly.Tore it back down and plastigauge the motor.I have 1 1/2 thou on the mains and 2 thou on the rods.I need 3 on both for the rpms I will be running. Then we calipered the block it is good and the crank is good.So trying to figure out exactly how thick a stock bearing is.I might just buy one.
