Question 09 Hemi Headbolts

New here, would appreciate some insight from the more experienced.

I am replacing the cylinder head on my 09 Ram 2500 Hemi 5.7lt. I have read conflicting views on the use of oil on the head bolts. Some say that they do not go into any coolant jackets or oil pockets, so adding oil to a closed sleeve hole increases resistance and gives false torque readings. Is this true?
I have also ordered:
- FEL-PRO ES72200 head bolts
-FEL-PRO HS26423PT Head Gasket kit which includes intake, valve and all other gaskets needed-$129
Are these suitable or should I use only dealership 'em parts?

Need to order new thermostat, spark plugs, and I replaced the belt about three months ago so that should be fine.

Isn't ARP going to fall under the same principal, anything other than bolt and head will change the force needed?

Do as the factory MFG recommends !!!! See what the service manual tells you.... It last a long time that way...
