I was wondering if anyone has used these mufflers on your mild 440s? Opinions on them? What they sound like with this particular engine?

My engine has performer 440 intake, 750 CFM street demon carb, Hughes 440 whiplash cam, rebuilt stock 906 heads, 9.5:1 compression, Stock Manifolds (noone makes headers for a 64 imperial for under $1500)
Cars not a racer just want it to cruise look good and sound even better for cruise nights and car shows.

Btw no flaming me for making a 64 imperial Loud =P i'm 28 & can always change mufflers when i'm older and sick of the noise

Flow threw are loud.... If thats what you want.... you'll have it with those...

 

yeah loud is what im looking for just not a bad loud id still like to hear the cam going with a deep tone, i'm looking at running true duel exhaust no xpipes or h pipe. will be dumping with 90 degree elbows pointed 45 degrees out the sides of the car right before the rear axle.

 

Should sound like a farm boy's **** hauler, lots of cackle.

 

really? i want it to be loud as possible with no raspy **** sound to it. any suggestions? im looking for a loud deep toned cam where i can hear the cam lope
was also looking at the dynomax ultraflo mufflers what ever it is i need it to be kinda small not much room under an imperial they were 2-1 exhaust stock
and im looking at going 3" mainly for sound makes it a deeper tone, i know 2.5 is plenty power wise but yeah
