1984 360ci no power under load

I have a 1984 power ram w350 with a 360 ci that bucks when under load " no power". Idles great I've replaced the ignition system distributor, coil, icm, fuel pump and filter all to no avail. Please help.

I'd look at timing then fuel, check total timing and when that happens then make sure you have fuel. Make sure fuel pump is up to snuff and filters are clean then look a carb...

Also I will add.... Check the exhaust to see if it is restricted?
