360 valve grind?

hey everyone i am rebuilding the 360 out of my 73 w200, the valves and heads need to be re-ground, i took the valves to the machine shop but i am doing the heads myself but i just do not know the grind angles for the intake and exhaust seats i have searched all over and so far have not had one lead except for a 45 degree, if anyone out there has any info i would really appreciate it, thanks

thanks, i already have the tool for the heads and when i took my heads to the shop for the valve and head re-grinding they wanted 250 and that's way too much for me right now, i already had the whole motor together and in my truck ready for the first start up, my budget is now shot by this point
