'71 B300 w/318 keeps stalling

Hello,

New to the forum, forgive me if this is a common question. I recently purchased a '71 B300 with a 318. I was able to drive the van home(less than a mile). Now, when I put it in gear, the van stalls. I can turn the engine over go about 5 feet and it stalls again. I had the trans flushed, changed the oil/air filters and the van idled for a good 20 mins after the service. Seemed good to go. I drove it around the block, then the issue happen again. Any ideas? Also. I'm fairly green at any DIY jobs, but I would at least like to have an idea of what's wrong. Thanks for help!

I would check for vacuum leaks first, Check fuel pressure/ change fuel filter. Idle too slow ? Trans flush is ok but only does 1/2 the job

Welcome.

Do you know how long it sat before you drove it?

I ask because this sounds like old car contaminated or clogged fuel system.

when it stalls, does it peter out slowly or more like wham, it's off? could be electrical if you are running a mopar box.
