Can anyone tell me what this is?

I was going through my engine bay cleaning the wiring up when I found this just sitting in the back, I recently tore the top end of my engine apart to replace to valves in the head and now waiting on the parts to come in but I don't remember removing this. This car has so much random stuff and wires leading to no where or pieces that I am not sure where they came from. I just don't recognize it. I still see the secondaries, the throttle cable, and the chock are sitting where I left them so it isn't part of that I don't think. Anyone can tell me what it is and where it goes?

Bag ties dont belong in your engine compartment.....
Razer's can go back in your took box.....
Bolt might be for the coil.....
The type, if you dont find where that came from.... You will when it catches on fire....

The rod looks like it was for the A/T kick down.....

Thank you all for the help, I found where it goes so I will have to hook it back up once the valves come in tomorrow and I can start putting the engine heads back together and the car will look whole once again. I appreciate all the help the people of this site have given me.

And you are right sir, I know I should take a 100 pics of anything before I work on it but when I get in the zone I always forget about it until I am half way in. Also I had the engine half torn apart because when the part fell into the intake on the way to the car show, I removed my intake there while still showing the off the car hoping I could retrieve it before it had went into the head. Ha ha.

The ties actually do, those are the ones that run along the inner fenders for the wiring. I want my car to be a little neater then she is, once I put the engine back together maybe I will take some pictures for you all. Ha ha.
