Also The Msd Ignition That I Have Is Rated For 850Hp
I Will Keep The Bottom End Stock
I Also Want To Ad 100-300hp Of Nitrous Tho Im Not An Expert When It Comes To Nitrous And I Want To Hear Your Guys Opinion On It And What More I Have To Change/Ad

Your starting from the wrong end, build the bottom end first!
Start with blueprinting the block add light weight forged pistons good rods and recondition your crank , without doing this your just building a timebomb and wasting money.
At this point with a solid short block you can build 500 to 600 street hp depending upon the parts added to the top end. You can build mild and spray it or just go for a race motor but you would have a good foundation to build on.
The stock block is limited by the cast pistons to about 400 hp and 5000 rpm.
