Cold air intake on neon r/t

So guys, any opinions on the $50 cold air intakes on eBay? I know they wouldn't be as good as k&n or anything like that but are they worth the $$$ ???

Hot air intakes, ESPECIALLY cheap ones are WORTHLESS and you'll lose horsepower.
