Dodge B200 van oil dipstick length.

Hi all, myB200 resto continues . . .
I recently got a new oil dipstick and tube for the 318 in my B200. Thing is - the dip part is way too short and isn't showing any oil? I remember the old one which had snapped off was quite a lot longer.
Does anyone know the correct length it should be, or possibly a supplier?
Thanks in advance
Timbo

Have you ever put up pictures of your van and the work you're doing to it?
I can be the only one that would like to see the progress you hav made.

Your new dipstick is for a car you need one for a Van. Depending on app it is probably 3' long. Many configurations so you Should get one as a set

Yes some of the earlier one's you had to remove the engine cover to check the fluid, later one's were much longer and you could check in the engine compartment
