Flywheel and Flexplate

Any advise please on choice of Flywheel for my 505cid stroker (440) hydraulic roller , Edelbrock Alum. heads , etc. 700hp & 660 lb-ft of torque With 3.70 gear M/T 28 x 10.5 . Total weight with driver 3450 lb . Transmisson is 727 ,T/A 3200 stall , reverse patern T/A body valve . The car is mostly street driven with occasional ( 8 - 10 times a year ) at drag strip .
1) Aluminum or Steel ?
2) Weight ?
3) 130 Tooth or 143 or ???

About Flexplate B&M , Mopar , TCI ???

Probably needs an eight bolt. Every long stroke bb crank I've seen had eight bolts you had better look.
