header size

I'm running about 400 hp in a 72 duster with a mopar 360 magnum in it. Now I am trying to figure out what size header to run for maximum horsepower.

1 3/4" for sure, 1 5/8" will lose power. Look for equal length tubes.

I run Headman headers and they have a lifetime warranty and fit well. They are very reasonably priced and have a ball flange instead of a collector gasket.. Also when put the pipes on I built in a balance tube for better sound and low end performance. My headers are 1 7/8" and I ran 2.5" exhaust to the rear of the car.. No complaints here runs great with no issues...Bill
