"I don't know" You have to be careful. There are the earlier flat tappet LA engines, the late 80's "roller blocks" and then the magnum head engines.

the 360 is a marine application.. i need the use the intake, exaust manifold, cam, and distributor from the old motor. cam is due to the fact i need the motor to spin the opposite rotation. the motor is fresh water cooled (has green antifreeze) so i do not need marine head gaskets and freeze plugs. but from the info 440roadrunner gave me i opted to go with a 1987 360 out of a low mileage pickup.. thanks guys
