HELP Please SRT4 Big turbo build Running Rich or smaller restrictor

I finished installing a big turbo and when i start it, its smokes with a extremely rich smell to it i have not gotten a chance to lean it out yet with a tuner since i don't think thats my smoking issue. it does have a oil restrictor im wondering if i should drop it down a couple sizes, the turbo is a brand new gt35r i also have 1000cc injectors and a bomba fuel rail. i have swapped the injectors out to see if its a stuck or leaky injectors but had no luck. also if it helps the down pipe was coated in oil not even 10 minutes of it running for the first time and the brand new plugs were charcoal black like a ****.

Could the turbo have a bad seal ? sucking its oil supply ??? I would try contacting the turbo MFG or who you bought it from

Do you think its possible to block off the oil supply to the turbo for 30 seconds without frying everything inside the turbo to indicate weather or not its burning its oil.I really dont think it could have a bad seal but its the only explanation. also my catch can routes from the pcv and valve cover vent to the catch can then out to the cold air intake. could the vc vent be the culprit.

I think Max you want to see is 40PSI or the seal starts leaking. Check to see what the MFG recommends for oil pressure to the turbo...
As for the over fueling, Look at the AFR (Air Fuel Ratio) and Cut the fuel trim back.... Might look at the Fuel Boost regulator if you are using one.

Update: problem solved thank you guys for the help turns out the seals in the turbo just needed to heat up and swell before they could seal.
