Magnum 408 Stroker rebuild

Alright mopar fans, i'm new here and looking for a little advice. I currently have a mild 408 stroker in my 98' Ram 2500, but I think there is a lot of power left untapped. It's somewhat a daily driver / tow rig / weekend toy.

The current build consists of:
4in Eagle crank(forged) and I-beam rods
9:1 keith black pistons (forged Aluminum)
Hughes Air-gap intake
34lb/hr injectors
F&B 2x52x55 throttle body
Comp 20-602-9 cam
Stock heads with some minor porting
Custom hemifever SCT tune

Currently looking at upgrading to:
Eddy Aluminum heads with port work
Eddy 1.6:1 roller rockers
Hughes SER2226ALN-10 cam

Have to verify if the eddy springs will handle the hughes cam.

Any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations, experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, gotta talk to the machinist and see if I can deck the heads to jump compression or if i'll need new pistons. shooting for 10:1 to 10.5:1 still needs to be pump gas friendly.

Several of the head mfg offer heads in different chamber sizes Look into that before replacing pistons

You might be happier getting your tune from FlyinRyan. I have heard several others in my other forum switch and be extremely happy. Last I knew he requires you to install a data logger, this requires an additional O2 sensor bung to be welded into exhaust(at least on the one I got). I have a HemiFever tune on my truck that I took to the track and switched between performance and stock and ran exactly the same times. I have had the data logger waiting and when it is installed I will be switching.
