Not sure how much you would like to get but I have heard that the heads can be restrictive. Maybe look for a set of J or X heads to rebuild and swap on at the same time. I believe that those are the letter code for the good heads, I may be wrong though.

If the heads are not on the motor yet, you can work on cleaning up the portd to help them flow better.

I ran your combo with a small one and a bigger one.

20-221-4 XE 256H = 309hp 409tq

20-224-4 XE 274H = 328hp 380tq

A light touch-up of any sharp edges and a port match dosn't take much time and will help. Aggressive porting should go along with bigger valves, then a compression increase with pistons, your getting into the Hot Rod engine territory.
With smallish ports and valves the velocity is higher creating your low end torque. It really depends on your useage and where you want to make power.

I would only use that manifold if it was a stock cam and untouched heads, anything more will be choked off. The cast iron Mopar 4bbl manifold would be good on the 360, the Edelbrock Performer would be best. Stay away from the RPM series.
