Oil Pump bolts

Hello,

I'm gathering all the parts to build my LA 360 while my block is at the machine shop. What diameter, thread, length, and grade bolts do I need for my oil pump? I bought a new one from Melling, but I don't have the bolts to go with it. Thanks!

I use grade 8 from a bolt supply chain not hardware store bolts on my 440s. The Chinese bolts at hardware stores are at best grade 5. Or you can good bolts from Summit Racing. The stock bolts are more than adequate.

Iowan,

The dimension I'm finding are 3/8 in coarse thread, 1 3/8 in length. Does that sound right?

Sorry I'm a big block fan and have only built one small block for my shop truck/ tow rig 35 years ago. But it shouldn't be hard to figure out what you need, just buy good bolts after you know what you need.
Fastenal Co. Is where I buy my bolts that don't need to be ARP like head, main and rod bolts.
