Go to the Keith Black web site and there you will find all the specs on the KB 237 piston. If you are re using those pistons, start by determining what you want your final C/Ratio to be, and work from there.

I looked on the KB website, and that piston has a Compression Height of 2.067 inches. Which means that on a block that is at factory specs, the piston will be .015 inch below deck. That is good for quench and squish, but you need to watch your C/R.
