Stamped numbers on 440-what do they mean?

Hi, I have a 1970 Super Bee with a 440 six pack. I am trying to decode the numbers that are stamped on the rear of the block. The 2433 I'm not sure about but my vin ends in 33 but the 24 doesn't fit. The 0716 appears to be the build date?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Kurt

Matching Numbers?

On 1968 and later engines the numbers stamped on the lower rail of the engines right (passenger) side match the last 8 digits of the cars vehicle identification number. This confirms that this is the original engine. The matching numbers add to the cars value.
