Really hard to turn over A518 trans question and video

Hey guys
Is this normal for a A518 trans In neutral?
I noticed when doing my brakes that I couldn't turn the axles around by hand. So I placed the drums on and still can't turn them either way. I disconnected the tail shaft and the diff was fine but the tailshaft was very hard to spin.
I've never had a transmission with an Overdrive before but as far as I know when the car is not running and in neutral the overdrive should not affect the transmission at all. The only way to get enough leverage is to put the tyres on to spin in neutral. Any ideas or am I off to a transmission shop? Here is a video of me try to spin.

Might just be the gear ratio.......
Unhook the driveshaft and see if the driveshaft spins free enough. Don't drop all the needles out of the U-Joint....lol
Then try turning the pinion and see if it turns freely without much effort.
You might have to pull the drums again to make sure your not fighting the brake shoe to drum drag..
This way you will know what one is tight? Trans? or Diff.?
