Drivers side window regulator assembly 70 RoadRunner

I am in need of one my window is a bear to put up or down. Any leads would be appreciated. I have googled the heck out of this an nothing....

Check all the felt in the channel and make sure it is in it's place.....
If all is good there, lube the felt and channel with some silicone spray.... Also lube the window regulator with some spray lubricant.... That should help it a lot. Also make sure to lube all the rollers and channels..... And dont forget to do the vent glass hardware also.....

On several cars I have taken the clutch mech or what you call it from another reg to fix a hard to turn one
