You could easily add them if you want, there used to be aftermarket kits to do so and I'd bet you could scare one up on "the bay."
Also, you could use a dash mount 4x switch out of a 67--69 car such as came in my Dart. These are a 4 terminal switch, such that when off, all terminals are isolated, and when on, all terminals are connected together.
The way it works, is you feed the 4x flasher unit from a fused source, run the output to one switch terminal.
Take one terminal and feed it to the cold side of the brake light switch which is going into the column turn signal switch.
Then find the left and right FRONT turn signal wires, and hook the remaining two terminals to them.
So the way this works is, when on, the switch takes the output of the flasher and feeds it to the front left/ right lamps, and to the brake lights going through the (centered) turn signal switch, and to both rear lamps.
