1966charger

anyone know what triggers the sequence lights? like, is it a fuse or something? or a modual? mine don't work, but the turning signals still work like a regular car would. also, does anyone know where i can buy a cheap power pack for my dash lights? they don't work either... a lot of things don't work actually. like, the flipping headlights but neither do the ones on my 65 riviera. a vaccum thing i guess. they never really worked right. and the horn... and my emergency flashers. ill be going through the fuses one by one later this week since i need to figure out whats wrong with the horn to get it inspected and on the road. any opinions and ideas are appreciated!
