Ignition issues 1963 plymouth belvedere

Hello everyone I am having an issue starting my car with the Ignition switch, I have replaced Ignition switch, the starter relay, brand new starter and all the wires are going to the right spots, the car will shut off with the Ignition but will not start, If any of you guys have any ideas of something I could be missing or any tips, or trouble shooting would be very grateful thank you all very much.

Check to make sure the starter Relay is getting power in the cranking position.... It may have a broken wire that needs repair...

Also, don't over look the neutral safety switch or clutch pedal safety switch if it's a manual transmission.

If an automatic, an out of adjustment shifter linkage can prevent cranking.

In my experience when their out of adjustment, I've found sometimes they won't crank in P, but will in N. Or holding the key in the crank position and rocking the shifter slowly may allow cranking.
