No Power

I have 67 Dart v8, that I just acquired from a friend, however I get no power inside the car, no lights etc. when I turn the key and the ignition switch is brand new. Looking for some suggestions and help as to determining what may be the issue. Thank you

Welcome.
Don't know what you've looked at so far and assuming everything else is working but, checking the fuses would be first on my list.

Checked the fuses none of them are burnt out, I did discover the fuseable link on the firewall was burnt, going to change that and I have also put in a new ballist resistor.
