Rear lap belts - delete in 65?

Hey guys looking to see if someone knows off top of head if lap belts existed for the back seats in 65. Just picked up a Dodge Monaco and (without taking out the back seat) it doesn't seem they are there.
Just curious as momma doesn't want me taking the boys out until I have laps at least

thanks!

yep moparted is right anchors were in the frame. but the feds did not require belts in the rear that year. not real sure of the exact years but it went something like this. anchors only required one year 62-63? next year belts required front, only anchors rear. then front and rear belts 66-68? all belts are a lap strap only. be sure to use bolts made for seat belts. in some states seat belts and solder harness can ONLY be installed by certified people. answer this Q. encase of an accident and some one gets hurt what do you tell the insurance co? but do research on how the factory did it and try to do it the same way. a good race car builder could be of help if needed.

I do know that my 62 has no anchor holes for seat belts. I put some in when my children were small.
