Pistons are not hard to come by, the key is Compression Height and Weight. If you have a piston out you could easily measure it and match to what is available. Weight will be first concern if your looking to save the cost of balancing the rotating assembly. Compression Height and with or without valve notches will be a concern for camshaft lift.
