1965 sport fury leaking gas

New member here, with a need of help please.
Gotta 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury 383/727 car. Originally from California. It's in Oklahoma now.
The main problem is, it smells of gas BAD. And after a little investigating, the floor board under the carpet is soaked full of gas. Had the car on a lift and can't find any obvious wet spots on the tank or the fuel lines. In the trunk, it seems like there's some wet spots around the wheel wells.
Also, while under the car, it looks like there's some type of oil leaking from a floorboard grommet.
I'm so confused and need help.

I think you need a closer inspection of the fuel tank and line coming from it also look at the seals for the fuel fill tube that goes through the trunk. There is both a seal for the fill tub on the tank and one on the floor also I have seen the filler tube leak ( rust ).

I removed your second post on this…

That k you for removing. Accidentally put in wrong section.

Dropped the tank and pressure tested the fuel line yesterday and everything works/looks like new. I'm wondering if the gas cap isn't venting properly and it's sending fuel up the vent tube that drops into the frame rail which is then making it's way into my cabin.
